Foothills Mediation Policies
Mediation Rates
- Two-Party Cases: Foothills ADR services (preparation time of up to two hours and telephone conferences are included without charge) are charged at a rate of $290.00 per hour, divided equally between the parties.
- Multi-Party Cases: Foothills ADR services (including preparation time and telephone conferences) are charged at an hourly rate, per party. Please call to discuss.
- Half day and full day flat fee rates are available.
- There is no additional charge for administration or case initiation.
- There is no charge for travel time.
- A sliding scale fee is available for those in need. Foothills Mediation wants to ensure that parties who need mediation have access to it.
- Please make a secure payment online (click here) or call us to pay at 303.725.7988. If an appointment is canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date, a $500 cancellation fee will be charged.

One Week Prior To Your Mediation, Please Provide The Following:
- A brief written summary of the issues.
- A copy of all current, relevant documents to the dispute.
- Payment for mediation services is due one week prior to mediation, by check or credit card. Please call 303.725.7988 to make payment.
